* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) no. construction work of similar nature and complexity under Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lakh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5.00 (Five) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. In support of average annual construction turnover, payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats of documents are not acceptable.
(d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 5.00 Lakh. otherwise tenderer will be non-responsive.
(e) The Tenderer must have minimum Tender capacity 4.00 (Four) Lacs. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (attached in Section-7). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted along with the Tender.
(f) The intending tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate & up-to-date Trade license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
