All individual(s)/firm(s) who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other government organization.
Special instructions:
a) All Enlisted Contractors of e-GP Portal are eligible.
b) The Tenderer shall have participated in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5 (five) years and that is similar to the proposed works (Fabrication of Lift Gate/Flap Gate, Hoist, Embedded parts), where the value of the Tenderer’s participation exceeds BDT 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lac Only)
c) The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) should be equivalent of BDT 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lac Only) over the last 3 years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 8,00,000.00 (Taka Eight Lac only) substantiated by immediate past Audit Reports or cedit line(s), substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format, without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
