As Per TDS & PCC
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The tenderers must have minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in construction works of carrying, installation, laying, testing & commissioning of 33/11/6.35 KV submarine cable under maximum 03 (three) Nos contracts successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a total value of at least tk 4,35,000.00 (Four Lac Thirty Five Thousand) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lac) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years.
4. The required minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 6,50,000.00 (Six Lac Fifty Thousand).
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakh).
6. Other requirement including Tools/Equipment/Manpower is described in the Tender Document.
