* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall be i) an authorized representative/agent of any enlisted TIER-1 PV module manufacturing company for supply of PV module and ii) an authorized representative/agent of any country for supply of MPPT pump controller/inverter, PV combiner box and centrifugal surface pump with motor.
Authorization letters in both the cases are required and to be submitted along with the tender.
2. Tenderer shall have at least 5 (five) years general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. Tenderer shall have 3 (three) years specific experience in supplying similar goods (i.e Minimum 1 Cusec solar LLP irrigation Pump-Motor system) in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization. (Details describes in TDS)
4. TIER-1 PV module manufacturing company should have ISO 9001:2015 certificate and pump-motor manufacturing company should have ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certificate. All certificates are to be submitted with tender.
5. For PV module, manufacturing factory must be located in any country of enlisted TIER-1 PV module manufacturing company. For other materials (MPPT pump controller/inverter, PV combiner box and pump-motor), manufacturing factory must be located in any country.
6. Manufacturing company must have CE certificate. Tenderer shall have to submit CE certificate from the manufacturing company.
7. Tenderer shall submit sample of each item (i.e., PV module, pump controller/inverter, PV combiner box, pump-motor etc.) before submission of tender. Receipt of sample of each items must be submitted with tender.
Factory test reports from country of origin will also be required.
8 Tenderer shall have enclosed Updated valid trade license, income tax clearance, VAT registration & Financial solvency certificates.
