প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorized functions in e-GP System.
2. (A) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of construction/repairing of Building in single contract worth not less than BDT 15.00 Lakh.in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
3. The tenderers are required Average annual construction turnover BDT 15.40 Lakh. only over the last 5 financial years preceding the date of invitation for the tender necessary supporting documents from the concerned authority (work certificate) shall be submitted with the tender.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities shall be BDT 6.00 Lakh only according to the format mentioned in the tender.
5. Tenderer must have up-to-date Tax clearance Certificate.
6. Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License.
7. Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate.
8. Only Payment Certificated will be counted for Turnover calculation. no Completion Certificate will be treated as Payment Certificate.
9.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 15.00 Lakh.
10. Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
