* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1)The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the manufacturing and supply of furniture and related services as supplier shall be 05(Five) years.
2)The minimum specific experience as supplier in furniture supply at least (02) contracts successfully completed within the last (05)years at anywhere in Govt./semi Govt. department, each contract with a value of at least Tk.90,000.(years counting backwards from the tender publication date.
3)Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e working capital or line of credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.1,00,000.Credit facilities of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the prescribed form mentioning the name of the work.bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
4)The tenderer must have to submit details analysis against their quoted price.Any ambiguity arises regarding quoted analysis price submitted by the tenderer which is contradicted with govt. regular rules and regulations will be considered as disqualification for that particular tenderer.
5)Other criterions are laid in TDS & P.C.C
6)Valid Trade License (up to date),Income Tax Clearance Certificate (2020-21), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate.
7)If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPA-2006 ,PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
