3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. changing/installation/testing/commissioning/maintenance of power transformer/circuit breaker/current transformer/voltage transformer/isolator/control and protection pannel etc. substation equipment having voltage level 33kV or above,  work order value of minimum Tk 5 Lac under maximum 1 (one) contract over a period of last 3 (three) years
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10 lac in the last 3 (three) years
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7 lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 60 days (As per Shut-down)
