প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 years.
2) The bidder shal have specific experience in construction works of carrying, installation, laying, testing & commissioning of 33/11/6.35KV Sub-Marine Power Cable/Optical Fiber through Horizontal Directional drilling (HDD) method for river crossing minimum length upto 0.3 km under a single contract sucessfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a total value of at least Tk 15 lakh.
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65 Lakh over the period of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
4) The bidder shall have experienced sub-marine cable laying & installed Foreman & Supervisor.
5)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.15 Lakh.
6) Other requirement including necessary Tools/Equipment.
7) Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA): Not Applicable.
