(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderers shall be Three (03) years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Taka Three Lacs (3,00,000/-) only under a single contract over a period of last three (03) years.
(c) The minimum amount of update liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka Two Lacs (2,00,000/-).
(d) The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should have VAT Registration Certificate, updated BIN number with 13 digits, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and shouldn't have a conflict of interest to rules of EGCB Procurement Policy-2015.
