প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
* All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria and Tender Preparation Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
* If any false/forged information is provided by the Organization/Firm/Company in the above Database or if such false/forget information is identified during Tender Evaluation or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the Organization/Firm/Company according to the Rule 127 of PPR 2008.
* Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
* Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
* Carrying cost of Vehicles/Equipment’s (Loading & Unloading) is not included in the
estimated cost. Therefore, the Contractor/Suppliers must contact with respective Division for
performing the work on site where applicable under supervision of Engineer in Charge.
* The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the
recommendation of TEC.
* The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
