* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A. Valid Trade License
B. Valid Up to date Enlishment License of EED, LGED, PWD or any other government Department, who are registered on e-gp systems.
C. Up to date Income Tax clearence Certificate.
D. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
E. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
F. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 50.00 lakh.
E. Liquid asset/ credit line facility/ free cash fund not less than 25 (Twenty Five) Lakhs. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific format (PW2b-3) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
F. Tender Security is Tk 1,80,000.00 (One Lakh Eighty Thousand) to be issued in favour of Treasurer, BRUR, Rangpur.
G. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
H. If a contractor wants to increase the number of completion certificates by repeatedly using the same completion certificate, it will be canceled outright without any reason
