* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer Should have the followings
This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter and Evidence of liquid assets.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have precursor chemicals/ similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar chemical supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit 1000mL/1kg sample of each item before 29/12/2021, 11.30 in office of the cheif chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.
6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences.
8. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
