দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years.
b) Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion ofat least 1 (one) number of minimum 04 (Four) storied Building with minimum 05 (Five) Storied Foundation of R.C.C. building construction having precast pile foundation including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 3400.00 (Three Thousand Four Hundred) lakh in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c) Having experience of sinking deep tubewell (minimum 75mm×150mm dia).  
d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 5000.00 (Five thousand ) lakh.
e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 1300.00 (One Thousand Three Hundred) lakh.
f)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 4000.00 (Four Thousand ) lakh.
g)The tenderer must accept the pro-rata progress as stated in PCC.
h) The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearan cecertificate.
ii) Valid VAT registrationcertificate.
iii) Up-to-date tradelicense.
iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
i) Details of notice and other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
