* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of
Goods and related services.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Lift of at least one (1) contract
successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk.70.00 lac under
any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. (years
counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the
Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private
Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an
owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not
below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly
verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction
the work has been done
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the
Tenderer shall be Tk. 70.00 lakh.
4. a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.
b) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,VAT Certificate.
c) Upto date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing
board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
