It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionally according to the depth of the well and quoted boring rate should be reasonable otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.

Tenderers should provide information of all ongoing Contracts and Current Commitments under all PEs organizations otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive and tender security must be forfeited.

In case of an abnormal quoted rate (10% less or above in any item of the estimated rate), the tenderer must be asked to provide rate justification. Without proper justification, the tenderer will be considered non-responsive.

Tenderers must not have a record of poor performance, such as abandoning the works, not properly completing contracts, inordinate delays, or financial failure as stated in ITT.
