প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully completed in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting of Tk.300000.00(Three Lakh) in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. ( along with work order & Completion certificate should be enclosed).
b)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.400000.00 (Four Lakh) only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
c)Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following documents:
1. Authorization Letter.
2. National ID of Authorized Person.
3. Valid Trade Licence.
4. Up to Date TIN Certificate.
5. Up to Date VAT Registration Certificate.
6. Work Order & Completion Certificate copy to prove the Specific Experience.
7.Liquid Asset Certificate
