* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,২৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ৯,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
Having experience in successfully completion/ execution of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil, Sanitary, Electrification works worth not less than Tk.24.00 Lac only in a Single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be Counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.18.00 Lac over the last 5 years. The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 9.50 Lac in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be tk. 25.40 Lac Only. Tenderer has to submit the document regarding On-Going Works/Current Commitment attached in Section-8 of Tender document. Tenderer providing any wrong/misleading/ fabricated information or hiding information regarding On-Going Works/Current Commitment will be liable as per PPR-2008.
The tenderder must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License , ABC category Electrical license & supervisory license.
All other conditions as specified in (Section-2 & Section-4) TDS must be fulfilled.
