* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.
(b) All individual(s)/firm(s)/ who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other Government organization.
(c) All conditions apply as per Tender Document.
Special Instructions:
(a) The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
(b) The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
(c) Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
(d) Payment will be made after availability of fund.
(e) Latest Govt. circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
(f) Planned & Actual start/commencement & Completion date will have to clearly mentioned in the submitted work certificate. In case of JVCA work certificate, share of each partner must be mentioned or write up on the certificate, otherwise it will be rejected during evaluation process.
(g) The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
