* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer
may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification
Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP
system with the help of online database system- TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience
certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover,
equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the Tenders as mapped in
the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can
evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information
provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be
evaluated as ineligible.
5. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP
system by the TEC.
6. If the total quoted price is more than 5% (five percent) below or above than
the Engineer's Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates.
N.B.: 1. The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information
regarding Past Performance Evaluation and Rating Matrix for different
aspects.
2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind
is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT
clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
