প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the Procurement process, who have following qualifications.
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 5(Five) years.
[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Class Room Furniture of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.15.00 Lakhin any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization [Copy of completion certificate and work order must be submitted]
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 23.0 Lakh .Incase of Bank Statement deposit must remain 02 (Two) consecutive working days (from date of publication to submission date). Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
4.The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.70,000.00
5. The tenderer who had got work order for manufacturing and suppling of furniture under Education Engineering Department, Netrokona District, but has not completed in due time would not be qualified in this tender.
6.Up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
