প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
 
1)As described in tender document .
2) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be three (5) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal).
3) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk.250.00 Lac
4) The required average annual construction turnover i.e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than 475.00 Lac over the last 5 (five) years.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal).

5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.225.00 Lac.(Bank statement/ credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract) [credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified form, credit facilities should be substantiated by credit sanction letter and bank statement.]
