* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) If the total quoted price is more than 10% (ten percent) less/above than the Offiial Cost, the tender shall be evaluated as Non-Responsive
2) The Minimum number of years of general experience for this work shall be 5 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal)
3) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor number 1(one) contract completion of similar works within the last 5(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.50.00 (Fifty) Lac . Years counting backward from the date of publications of IFT in e-GP portal.
4) The tenderers shall work submit total annual construction turnover value at least Tk.125.00 Lac (One Crore and twenty five ) Lac .shall be 5 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal)
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facillities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 55.00 (Fifty Five) Lac of any date in publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
6) In liquid Asset Certificate & submitted update authorized letter,the tenderer must mention this tender ID and /or the name of work.
7) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 66.00 (Sixty Six) Lac.
8) If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than five percent (5%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2019, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
9 ) If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
