* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of five years of General experience in the supply of Tools and related services. 2.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (tools, spare parts, machineries, related to power sector) in any large organization of minimum BDT 2,00,00,000.00/- (Two Crore) under a maximum of 02 (Two) contracts within last 05 (Five) Years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Any Contract below 70,00,000.00/- (Seventy Lac) will not be considered for evaluation.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letter head pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer in letter head along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying goods, contract date and completion date. If the End-User Certificate is not verifiable and pricing information is found incorrect, it may lead to rejection of that particular offer.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 2,30,00,000/- (Taka Two Crore Thirty Lac only).
Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the form PG3-8
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of National ID Card, valid and updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate
