a) The minimum specific experience of Similar nature of goods Tk. 16.00 lakh in a Single work/Supply order in the last 05 (Five) years of Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh  form the date of publication of IFT. (Work order & completion certificate must be submitted)
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 15.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
c) Contractors who are submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost will not be acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis.
d) Up to date renewed Trade License (2021-2022)
e) VAT Registration Certificate.
f) In came Tax Clearance Certificate (2020-21)
g) Photo Copy of National ID Card.
h) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
