* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,১০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,১০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully complete in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting of Tk. 3.00 Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh.
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 4.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation. If the Tenderer successful in more than one Lot/ID, should satisfy the Liquid Asset Criteria in multiple of minimum amount [i.e Liquid Asset Amount should be ≥No. of Lots x Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset]; Otherwise the Tenderer shall be disqualified for multiple Lots.
c) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
d) Maximum 02 (Two) packages will be provided in a single tenderer among the 5 (Five) Packages in the advertisement Notice that published in Newspaper.
e) If Quoted Rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost then the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to PWD Schedule of Rates 2018. Otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive according to PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
