* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of water treatment related chemicals, WTP RO Membrane Filters and Accessories.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment chemicals, WTP Filters and Accessories in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private amounting not less than BDT 2,25,00000.00 (Taka Two Crore Twenty-five Lakh Only) Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment chemicals and RO Filters amounting less than BDT 10,000,000.00 (Taka One Core Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation].
3. The minimum supply capacity of different WTP RO Membrane Filters and Accessories is 150 Pieces which must be certified by the Manufacturer.
4.The Tenderer will have well established laboratory & have the capability to provide RO water analysis report as monthly basis or from third party lab as Quarter basis by their own cost. (Test parameters will include pH, Conductivity, Hardness, Iron, Silica, free chlorine, ORP, SDI etc).
