প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded.
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 03(Three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
(2) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years,with a value of at least taka 5.50 lakh; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital substantiated by Audit Reports or bank statement or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PG3-8) shall be of taka. 6.50 lakh, without alteration. Document of liquid assets to be submitted along with the tender and it must be issued between publication date and submission date of the tender. Liquid Assets should be continuous depositted at least till evaluation.
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier. Supplier according to PPR, 2008.
(5) e-BIN (13 digits) Registration Certificate.
(6) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(7) Sample [200 gm. Mashur Dal (Mota)] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
