1. A satisfactory completion of minimum 1(One) Contract having Contract value = 2,00,000.00 (Two lakh) taka which must include Supplying Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Un-Skilled Labour for routine Maintenance works Completed with in last 3 years.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.2,40,000.00 (Two lakh forty thousand) only in the last five (5) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2,40.000.00 (Two Lakh forty thousand) only.
