* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, all partners shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of General Experience.
The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, at least one partner shall have experience for executing minimum 01 (One) no. of contract (either completed or running contract at least one year) related to Commercial Support Services (meter reading, bill distribution, meter installation, disconnection, re-connection, service connection & re-dressing, meter replacement etc.) in any distribution utility in Bangladesh within last 05 (Five) years aggregated contract value of which shall be at least Tk. 1,20,00,000 (One Crore Twenty Lakh) under maximum 03 (Three) nos. of contracts to be supported by evidence from end users.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments of the tenderer is Taka 40,00,000 (Forty Lakh).
The required average annual turnover over the last 03 (Three) years shall be greater than Taka 1,20,00,000 (One CroreTwenty Lakh).
ITT Clause 43.3 (Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected) is not applicable
Any Tenderer as individual or in joint venture form will not be awarded more than one CSS contract. Any Tenderer as individual or in joint venture form having remaining CSS contract period more than six months in DPDC cannot participate.
