* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in similar nature of works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of RCC Building work including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification works within last 03(three) years worth not less than Tk 300.00 (Three hundred) lac in a single work order.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk.400.00 ( Four Hundred) Lac.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 145.00 (One hundred Forty Five) Lac only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW3-7 (Line of Credit) only. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. Otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
(E) The Tenderer shall have a minimum tender capacity of Tk. 340.00 (Three hundred and Forty) Lac.
(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to date ABC category contractor license & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
(H) Having sufficient engineering materials and equipments to commence the work at a time.
(I) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(J)Submitted documents in tender information forms must be relevant and according to specifications of PW3 form (specially follow work completion certificate of PW-3 standard tender document to submit similar work experience)
(K) Only payment certificate will be counted as turnover certificate.
