প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All e-GP registered tenderers in Bangladesh & who fulfill the qualification criteria as below:
1. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of Similar work Tk. 26.00 lakh successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.
2. The List of minimum 10 years similar works experienced key personnel with Bio-Data shall be required, Failing to submission of any requirement mentioned above shall be treated the tender as non-responsive.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of the tender in the website.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e, working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be Tk. 40.00 lakh.
5. If the total quoted price is more than 5% (Five percent) less/above than the Official Estimated Cost, the tender shall be evaluated as Non-Responsive.
6. In case of multiple equal lowest responsive price, Tenderer shall be evaluated as per Circular by Chief Engineer, RHD (Memo No. 1704 Date; 14-02-2019)
