* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
(b) The  minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) no. construction work of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology under Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 (Thirty five) Lakh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. In support of average annual construction turnover, payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats of documents are not acceptable.
(d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 50.00 Lakh. otherwise tenderer will be non-responsive.
(e) The Tenderer must have minimum Tender capacity 40.00 (Forty) Lacs. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (attached in Section-7). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted along with the Tender.
(f) The intending tenderer must enclose Up-to-date ABC/BC Electric License with Supervisory Certificate,VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate & up-to-date Trade license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
