* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization having Authorized agency ship certificate of proposed brand of Lift form the manufacturer.
(b) Having minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of
Lift and related equipments
(c) Having Specific Experience in successful completion of Supply, Installation,
Testing & Commissioning of Lifts amounting minimum at least Tk. 60 Lac.( years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]] under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous
Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate
shall be given by an owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying
authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the
same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of
PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. [As per
Form-A attached with Tender document].
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of
Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PG3-8) of
Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the
successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk.30 Lac.
(e) The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, updated
VAT registration certificate, updated Trade licence, updated ABC category
contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board
