প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Minimum 5 years of general experience.
b) Special Class/ Class one (Combined)/Class one(Civil), Class two (Civil) enlisted Contractors/Firms .
c) Tenderer must posses
i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate
iii) up to date trade licens
iv) Up to date A,B,C License
d) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 6.00 (Six) lac only during last 5 Years. Construction Turnover must be supported by the total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh.Turnover cerificates from NBR shall be submitted by the tenderer.
e).The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be of Tk 3.00 (Three) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed from for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per from PW2a-3 of tender and contact form.
f) Minimum specific experience in Installation/ servicing/ maintenance/repair works with a value of at least Tk 3.00 (Three) lac only in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years
