The Tenderer shall have a minimum of two years of General experience.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier of similar Works (HFO & LFO Unloading works from Railway sideline BTO to storage Tank Related) of at least One (01) contract successfully completed (under BPDB sector) within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Tk.1.5 [One point five] Lakh . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender)
The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime contractor is liable for it.
Any type of damage of equipment liability lies on contractor.
The payment will be done as per actual works. It may not be the full contract price.
The unloading works scheduled by the PE.
