প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. As given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & other criterion mentioned in this tender.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets as Bank Statement of the Tenderer shall be Tk [40] lakh in a Day end Balance(One day end Balance statement).
3. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [60] Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s) which includes construction of at least a Building work over a period of [05] years shall be required. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [70] Lakh over the last [05] years.

4. All Certificates/Completion certificates have to be issued by at least PE/Executive Engineer/euivalent officer according to PPR/CPTU standard format. Otherwise will not be accepted.
5. The Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be 5% to 25%.
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 70 Lakh
