প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. Reputed Contractors / Construction Firms who have minimum 10 years of general experience in construction works.
2. Experience of successful completion of similar nature work of building construction the amount of at least 500 (Five hundred ) lakh in a single tender etc. in at least one contract as prime contractor/Sub contractor/management contractor in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations within last 5 ( Five) years. , years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over shall be Tk.12 (twelve) Crore during the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Unconditional Liquid asset or cash flow/credit facilities shall be Tk.250 lakh (2.5 crore). .Credit commitment shall be submitted. Document Submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Bank statement is not allowed.
5. The tenderer will have to submit the following papers/ document along with other relevant papers/documents.
(a)Up to date income tax clearance certificate .
(b)Up to date trade License .
(c)Valid VAT Registration certificate from the concerned office.
(D) Up to date ABC/1st class License.
