* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenders from all eligible countries
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 140.00 Lac only under summation of maximum 1 (One) numbers of contracts over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover (payment certificates will be considered) shall be greater than Tk. 250.00 Lac only over the last 5 (Five) years (according to Form 3_Turnover Information attached section 7).
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie Bank Statement or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 Lac only (Bank Statement or Credit Facilities issued not more than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract. ).
NOTE:
Tenderers shall submit the liquid asset in one or combination of more than one of the following four options.
Please also note that in case of joint venture, Lead and individual partners must submit liquid asset individually : State in the TDS.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 140.00 Lac only (according to the Form 6_Existing Work. Information attached section 7).
(f) Personnel Capacity & Equipment List state in the TDS (according to the Form 4_Personnel Information & the Form 5_Equipment Information attached section 7).
