* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৪,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible reputed contractors who have the following eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor shall be 02 (Two) years.
NB:(Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned PE)
2.The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector shall be at least 01(One) contractor of solar power system successfully completed within the last 02(Two) years with a value of at least Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore Only)
NB:(Tenderer shall attach all Completion Certificate(s) issued by the relevant Procuring Entity)
3.The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contract sign progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk 1.00 One Crore over the last 02 (Two) years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or Unconditional(Form Pw2a-3) Credit Facilities or bank balance shall be Tk 37,45,000.00(Thirty Seven Lac Forty Five Thousand) Only.
5. A sample per SREDA specification must be submitted to Project Director and specification signature copy upload to e-gp portal by the Tenderer.
6.The Tenderer must have VAT,IT certificate not earlier than FY 2020-21,VAT certificate,Trade License and Authorization Letter.
7.No JVCA is applicable in this Tender.

NB: Bills willbe paid subject to Receipt of Money.
