It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well otherwise tenderer would be consider as Non-Responsive without acceptable clarification.

Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:
Submitted tender will be treated as 'Non-Responsive' due to the failure of submission of following eligibility documents related to the Tenderer -
1) Duly attested copy of updated trade license.
2) Duly attested copy of update TIN certificate.
3) Duly attested copy of updated VAT certificate.
4) Duly attested copy of required specific experience.
5) Scanned copy of original liquid asset document in the format designated in PPR.
6) Copy of turnover document in the form of payment certificate.
It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tenderer according to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment).
# Tenderer must submit complete PW7A-2 form with documentary evedence for Tender Capacity Calculation.
