* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
International Manufacturers/Authorized suppliers, who have Industrial License of producing Electro motor & Pump and have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
The minimum supply value of 7.5 hp or above Electric motor driven Pump sets with Accessories of discharge capacity of 1/2/5-cusec under a single contract in the last 5 years is Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs.
ISO 9001 and 14001 or latest Certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods is required.
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Manufacturer have minimum 500 nos. 7.5 hp electric motor driven Low lift pump sets of discharge capacity 1-cusec per year
The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
If the tenderers fail to fulfill the above conditions and any related conditions of this tender documents, then the tender will be rejected.
