* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e re-excavation of khal/Nala/river/pond (other earthwork is not allowed) of value Tk 10.00 (Ten) lakhs under single contract within 05 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakhs during the last 05 years;
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after publication date of the tender;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest more than 02 (Two) lots) under the project.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document (including Section-7 and 8) thoroughly before submitting the tender.
