* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 5 (Five) years specific experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
The minimum supply value of 250 mm nominal diameter uPVC pipes and fittings under a single contract in the last 3 years is Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are:
a. 250 mm nominal diameter and 3.90 mm wall thickness (minimum) 1,00,000 meter uPVC pipes per year
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs.
