প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomous, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have
a) valid trade license with up to date renewal.
b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
c) VAT registration Certificate.
2. The Minimum amount of liquid asset is 25, 00, 000/- (Twenty five Lakh.) Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk.40,00,000/-( Fourty Lakh.) over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. A satisfactory completion of construction works of at least Taka 25, 00, 000/- (Twenty five Lakh.) under single number of contract over a period of last 5(Five) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.
5. Submit tender security should be 80,000.00(Eighty thousand) only as per prevailing financial rules.
6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
