* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 4 (Four) years of experience in the supply of water treatment related chemicals.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment chemicals in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private amounting not less than BDT 80,00,000.00 (Taka Eighty Lakh Only) in the last 12 (Twelve) Months under maximum 02 (Two) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of chemicals amounting less than BDT 40,00,000.00 (Taka Forty Lakh Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation]
3. The minimum supply capacity of chemicals is: 30 Ton.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), from any scheduled bank, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 80,00,000.00 (Taka Eighty Lakh Only).
