* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization/Manufacturer/Authorized agent having minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Electrical Works & having Authorized agencyship certificate from the manufacturer of proposed brand of Lift.
2. Successfully completed at least 1 (One) 4-stop 800 kg under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body during last 5 (Five) years (counted from the date of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac.
3. For works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
4. Minimum Liquid assets/credit facility of Tk. 50.0 (Fifty) Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (in tender document), without any alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
5. Minimum Tender Capacity of 45.00 (Forty Five) Lac.
6. The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, TIN/Tax Clearance certificate, updated Trade license and updated ABC & Supervisory license.
7. Evaluation will be conducted according to the latest PPR rules and its amendments and Tenderers are expected to submit their rates/documents accordingly.
8. Specifications and Special Terms & Conditions mentioned in Section 6 must be followed.
