দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction Works.
(b) The Minimum specific Experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) RCC Building Construction successfully completed under single contract within the last 5(Five) years is Tk. 75.00 (seventy five) Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 (One hundred) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 65 (sixty five) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW3-7 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. Format is attached with invitation in Document Section (General Specification).
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate.
(f) Tenderer Must have upto date ABC Catagory Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.
(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 85 (Eighty five) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet supported by ongoing work list having minimum information of work name, Contract no, PE, Contract amount, payment received, JV share, Contract period etc.
