* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.
The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience of completed contract(s) as a Prime Contractor, supplying manpower to Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ Multinational Companies/ Banks within last 05 (Five) years having contract value of at least of BDT 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lakh) only under maximum 02 (Two) numbers of contract; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least BDT 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh) over the last 03 (Three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh).
The following terms and condition shall also be applicable for this tender, Violation of which will result in non-responsiveness of the Tenderer.
If a Tenderer has one running contract/ NOA for the supply of manpower in DPDC, the said tenderer can participate.
If a Tenderer has two or more running contracts/ NOA for the supply of manpower in DPDC, the tenderer is ineligible to participate in this tendering process.
Tenderers who have running contract for the supply of manpower having less than 06 (Six) months remaining period at the time of invitation will be treated as having no running contract.
