* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Bidder shall have general experience of supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of goods (Solar Irrigation Pump-motor) and related services at least 8.0 crore under maximum 3 number of contracts in the last 3 years.
2) Bidder should have Specific experience of the supply of minimum 1 cusec Solar LLP Irrigation Pump-motor system with value of 3.80 Crore in a single contract with the last 3 years in any Govt./Semi Govt/ Autonomous organizations in Bangladesh.
3) Bidder must have the proven experience for Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of at least 20 nos 2 cusec Solar irrigation Pump of last 5 years at any Government / semi government / autonomous organization.
4) Certificate/document submitted with the tender shall be attested, if not original mentioning the name and telephone number of the officer.
5) Bidder shall be Local manufacturer or Authorized Representative/agent of Foreign Manufacturer.
6) Bidder should have Exclusive Agency agreement /Authorization with Manufacturer.
7) The Foreign manufacturer can authorize only one representative.
8) Bidder should have ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Certificate.
9) Bidder must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender
documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
10) Tenderer must have updated Industrial license, trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
11) Bidder must submit sample of Solar Pump-Motor, MPPT Motor Controller & PV Combiner box with BUET/RUET/DU/MIST Test report before submission of tender
All experience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed format of PPR -2008 ( as per annexures-C) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations and Years counting backward form date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
