প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Tenderer must possess Up to date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up to date trade license,Up to date Special Class/ Class one (Combined) license, .
c) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lac Only during last 5 Years.Payment certificates received from Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh must be submitted for calculation of construction turnover. In case of work done under PWD the certifying agency must be Executive Engineer.. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
d). Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7.00 (Seven) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2b-3 (enclosed) of tender and contact forms.
e) Minimum specific experience in supply/installation/ commission of Air circulation/Electric work in a single contract with an amount of at least Tk. 8.00 (Eight) lac only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years.
f) In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
